When I was much younger I struggled financially. I endured the pain of having to work a bunch of jobs that I hated doing simply because I needed the money to survive.
I come from humble beginnings and really did not know of a better way to earn money back then…
Of course I knew there were wealthy people on this planet but I never dreamed that I was capable of being one of them.
It wasn't until my desire and commitment to becoming financially independent was greater than the pain of my struggles that I was able to take the necessary steps to shift my mindset and to begin working on myself…
In order for you to create financial independence through real estate you must be willing to work harder on yourself then you do on your day job…
You must keep an open mind and question everything that you have been taught in your past…
If you are not where you want to be in life then the only way to change your results is to change your belief system, your habits, and your actions.
Now with that being said let's explore 5 different ways that you can create financial independence through real estate and quit your 9 to 5 job.
1.Investing in multifamily properties and creating monthly cash flow from your rental income. Investing in multifamily properties is one of the safest investments you can make. And it is a great way to build wealth long-term as well as preserve your wealth.
2.Flipping real estate for fast cash. Flipping property is a great strategy to make fast cash when done properly and is a strategy that many new investors begin with simply because they believe they do not have the capital of available to invest in a larger multifamily properties or because they do not want to deal with tenants. ( I can teach you how to raise capital to do bigger deals)
3.Wholesaling real estate deals. This strategy is a great way to get into the real estate investing game if you have little money, bad credit, and time to learn the business. The good part of this strategy is you can make cash quickly however it is the same negative challenge as flipping property because you do not create any long-term residual income or wealth creation through holding real estate assets that rise in value.
4.The B.F.R.R. Strategy. The buy, fix, refinance, and rent strategy is one of my favorite real estate investing strategies to implement... and it is the way that I was able to buy over 100 rental units in under 6 years using none of my own money or credit. 5.Providing other complementary real estate services. I believe every successful investor should have multiple streams of income and as an experienced real estate investor you will have the opportunity to provide complimentary services that can be quite lucrative when done properly.
Here are a few options for you to consider...
Becoming a real estate agent
Becoming a mortgage agent
Offering private loans
Becoming a real estate coach or trainer
Providing real estate courses online
Becoming an author
Opening a renovation company
Starting a local real estate investor group
And the list goes on and on…
So as you can see there are many ways that you can liberate yourself through real estate.
